Hey Everyone! How have you been?

It’s been forever but here is an update —

The last time I was on here, I was interning at One & Only The Palm Dubai - nothing has changed besides that fact that I have started a new job, new position all still in Habibi land

Exactly a month ago, I have taken on the role as Head Pastry Chef at One Life Restaurant & Cafe Dubai/The Growhouse by One Life — nothing has been easy but all learning and growing curbs!

But super grateful to be here and start a new journey! — yes I will be still coming home to write my exams to be a QUALIFIED PASTRY CHEF, nothing can get in that way as that is my top priority!

Hi

I want to start off by saying thank you for your love and support for the past 5 years — without you cheering on, I wouldn’t have gotten to this point of my career choice.

With some much thinking and consideration, i have decided to Permanently close E’s Bakery — the common factor to the decision is that i’m just a girl with big dreams and goals and taking any opportunity to grow my skills as a Pastry Chef in training.

I will still keep page up, and share the internship experience like how i did with the internship in the Netherlands — i hope you stick around to see the growth and for when you can start calling me Chef Erin (it doesn’t mean that i’m ending the dream of having a store front)

Please keep cheering as i embark on a new adventure in Dubai 💥
