We're looking for a junior pastry chef at Bakehouse Hazelwood. Some pastry experience, a 3am start, and a genuine thing for laminated dough.

It's early. It's hot. It's flour everywhere. It's also the best three hours of the day, before anyone else is awake and the ovens are doing the talking.
