Vetkoek( Afrikaans ) or Amagwinya ( Zulu ) is a delightful, traditional and popular South Arican treat.
The History of Vetkoek, goes back many years when they found it much easier to make than bread. It is thought to go back to the time of the migration period.. It is tastefully served HOT with some melted butter or savory mince.
