But still… I chose this kitchen.

While the world is sleeping, we’re still grinding.While others are celebrating holidays, we’re plating perfection.Burns on the hands… stress in the mind… pain in the feet… yet we still show up.

Why?

Because chefs are built differently.We turn chaos into art.We turn pressure into performance.And no matter how hard this industry gets… there’s something inside us that still loves the fire.

So yes… it’s hard.But I didn’t choose this life because it was easy.I chose it because this kitchen became a part of who I am.
