Hi there, I'm Sarah! I'm a qualified pastry chef who studied at the South African Academy of Culinary Arts, where I developed a passion for baking and cake decorating. I've been an artist from the moment I could pick up a pencil, and now my goal is to make my art edible. I have work experience at The Beach Hotel and The Boardwalk Hotel, but always I felt myself being drawn back to the bakery environment, and that's where I happily reside today. My goal is to make your cake dreams come to life, and i'm always willing to try something new, so never be afraid to be imaginative with your designs and flavour combinations! 🐱 CAKE AUCTION 🐱

In honour of hitting 8000 followers, and our love for our cats, we have baked this special cake to auction off, and all proceeds will be going to Animal Anti-Cruelty League Port Elizabeth 🐾

15cm diameter lemon sponge cake filled with homemade strawberry, raspberry and blueberry jam, covered in a fluffy vanilla buttercream, topped with a white chocolate drip 🧁

Auction price will start at R300, bid increments must be R10 or more. Bidding will end at 4pm tomorrow (21 October). The cake will be available to collect straight after. If you do win the auction, please place the funds straight into the AACL bank account, you can inbox for those details.
