Old school classics ready for the oven Recipe: 125g soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 tsps vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla paste
1 ½ tsps baking powder
1 ¼ cups coconut (I mix fine and medium desiccated)
½ cup corn flour
About 2 and and half cups cake flour Beat beat and sugar until light. Add oil, vanilla, and eggs one at a time. Beat until well combined. Add cornflour, coconut and baking powder. Mix well. Add sufficient flour to make a soft dough which will be slightly sticky. Don’t add all the flour at once as you might need less. Bake at 170 degrees C for about 15 mins. Enjoy🤤
