He runs Ciabatta and other workshops, and he sells par-cooked pizza bases and cheese sticks. We sell from our home studio at 34 Main Road Walmer. Only stone-ground flour with no additives is used.

Our last CIABATTA WORKSHOP for the year will take place on Saturday 15 November and we've already got a few bookings! We start at 09h00 and we'll bake until about 14h30 at our home in Walmer. It's fun, informative and you'll make new friends.

The cost is R650, which includes your own mixing bowl, dough scraper and 2 loaves of ciabatta to take home with you. Contact me on 082 4433 840 ASAP if you'd like to book a spot, as it fills up very quickly! 😊

Mark will be hosting another CIABATTA WORKSHOP on Saturday 1 February 2025 from 09h00 until 14h30 at our home in Walmer.

This will be our last one for a while. We'll be moving onto pizza, cheese stick and other workshops for those who have done the basic ciabatta workshop.
