No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars 🍫

📋 Ingredients:

3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter (can substitute any nut or seed butter)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (can substitute for grass-fed butter)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or deep baking tray of choice with parchment paper and set it aside.

2️⃣ Add the crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted.

3️⃣ Remove from the microwave/off the stove and whisk until completely incorporated.

4️⃣ Pour the chocolate/peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until well combined.

5️⃣ Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm, at least an hour.

6️⃣ Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.

⏰ Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus chilling)
🕒 Chill Time: At least 1 hour
🍽 Serves: Varies depending on the size of bars cut

Marble Loaf
Ingredients
2 cups All purpose or cake flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 & 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt

* All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Instructions
1. In a large bowl mix in the sugar and oil .

2. Mix in one egg at a time , then add vanilla and mix . Add buttermilk and mix again.

3. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt . Mix just to combine the wet and dry ingredients.

4. Take another bowl then divide the batter (mixture) equally into two .

5. Add cocoa powder in one batter and mix but don’t over mix.

6. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

7. Scoop out the batter using a tablespoon. Scoop out the two batters interchangeably.
* Scoop chocolate batter first add in the loaf pan then scoop the vanilla batter and add it on top of the chocolate batter .

Repeat this process until there is no batter left in both bowls .

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 Degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until well baked .

*Wait until the loaf is completely cooled off before removing from the loaf pan .
