Celebrating 16 years of Ginger Pops! A little late but bakers gotta bake and this week was jam packed...

I never saw myself as someone that could do a thing for long, let alone for 16 years, and yes my business looks a little different than the Ginger Pops of 2010, but what I know is that you all got it to where it is with your continued support. I sincerely thank you!

I especially made it this far because of my ultra supportive partner Greig Timkoe, and my super Mom helping me in so many ways with their time and effort. It makes a huge difference when your loved ones want you to succeed and I will never take that for granted ❤️ thank you my beautiful family💖

While there were 2 very close guesses they were sadly combinations of flavours so I couldn't accept them as the winning answer.

Thank you so much too everyone that participated, I will definitely do this again to give you another chance in the future.
These are inspired by the Taiwanese pineapple cake and filled with a delightfully tropical pineapple curd center and pineapple cream

Clue: it's a single flavour, the colour is a clue, channeling all the sunshine and summer memories I can into a single bite. One answer is very close. Please note it can't be a combo of flavours to win, even if the main flavour is mentioned, it's just one flavour.
