BEAM OF SWEETNESS DESSERTS by Nape – Terms & Conditions

1. Orders
- All orders must be placed via WhatsApp: 079 334 1435
- Minimum 24-hour notice for standard orders. Bulk/event orders require 48-72 hours notice.
- Orders are only confirmed once we reply "Order Confirmed" and payment is received.

2. Payment
- Full payment secures your order. No payment = NO BAKING!.
- Payment methods: EFT (payshap)or Instant Pay.
- EFT orders: Send proof of payment. We prep once funds reflect.
- Prices subject to change. Current menu prices apply at time of ordering.
- All payments are final. No refunds.

3. Collection
- Collection only – NO DELIVERIES at this time.
- Based in Westenburg. Exact address shared once order is confirmed.
- Collection is by prior arrangement only. Please WhatsApp to arrange a suitable collection slot after your order is confirmed.
- Orders not collected within 24 hours of the agreed day will be disposed of due to freshness. No refund or replacement.

4. Cancellations
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or no-shows.
- If you need to reschedule collection, contact us at least 2-3 hours before. We’ll try to accommodate based on availability, but this isn’t guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to cancel due to emergencies/loadshedding/ingredient shortages. In this case only, a full refund will be given.

5. Product & Allergens
- Products are made fresh in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
- We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free. Please inform us of severe allergies before ordering.
- Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate lunch box cakes.


6. Liability
- BEAM OF SWEETNESS is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues from improper storage after collection.
- Check your order on collection. We can’t accept returns or offer refunds once items leave us.

7. Agreement
- Placing an order means you accept these T&Cs.
