It's been quite sometime since we last posted and things have changed quite a bit. We went from (right in the beginning at the farmer market) home made body scrubs, bath salts and one chilli sauce on the table, to 10 different sauces, condiments and pork crackling, to where we are now. We have perfected our crackling recipe and can confidently say we believe we make the best, not only in Pietermaritzburg but all of south africa.
Our focus now is on our small line of snacks, the Thai style pork crackling, Sweet potato & Butternut Chips, and the Crispy Thai Lotus cookie. While we no longer do the local farmers market we have been blessed in that various retail outlets now stock our products.
During this nearly 4 year journey we have had many struggles and tribulations, failures and accomplishments, but through it all you have been there with us in the trenches. Had it not been for your support we would never have gotten to where we are today.
Now just because we have grown doesn't mean we have forgotten where we came from, we are more than happy to accept online orders which we can courier nationwide.
