Basic Biscuits

250g margarine
1/2 cup icing sugar
4 Tableapoons custard powder
2 Cups cake flour

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180° and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. In a bowl beat butter and sugar until light and creamy then beat in custard powder.
3. Mix in flour, if the dough is too sticky add a tablespoon of flour at a time until it's more workable.
4. Shape as desired or roll out to 1cm thickness and cut into squares, place onto baking trays and bake for 15 minutes
