Hierdie koek het ek gebak vir my seun se troue. Onderste laag was wortelkoek, middelste laag was wortelkoek met cranberries en poppyseeds met roomkaas vulsel in beide, en die boonste laag was vanilla met caramel vulsel. Buite-om rustic icing soos my skoondogter dit wou hê.
