NEW PRODUCT •- German Lebkuchen just in time for Christmas! This recipe is from my late gran and it’s very special 🖤

In case you don’t know, Lebkuchen are German Christmas tray-baked cookies, similar to gingerbread, yet very different at the same time! These a perfect thick squares of delicious spiced, slightly chewy bites are covered with a mouthwatering lemon glaze icing. Spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves combined with homemade citrus marmalade and ground almonds, make these Christmas delights!
