Are you passionate about people, service, and creating a fun, positive environment? Weโ€™re looking for a reliable and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and help our ice cream shop thrive!

Key Responsibilities:
โœจ Oversee daily store operations
โœจ Manage and motivate staff
โœจ Ensure excellent customer service at all times
โœจ Handle cash controls and stock management
โœจ Maintain cleanliness and store standards
โœจ Assist with staff scheduling and performance

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
โœ”๏ธ Strong leadership and communication skills
โœ”๏ธ Honest, trustworthy, and accountable
โœ”๏ธ Previous retail or food service management experience
โœ”๏ธ Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends & holidays)
