This was a fun cake to make. One half vanilla sponge cake ,with a strawberry jam filling and a pink and yellow buttercream icing. The other half is a chocolate sponge cake with a caramel filling and chocolate buttercream, decorated with jelly snakes. As per the request from the client. The were thrilled with the cake. X. S.
