Here I've done a flower bouquet 💐. These are vanilla cupcakes decorated with a white buttercream icing mixed with pink and lilac gel food colours. The lilac and pink hydrangeas is piped using a star tip. The chrysanthemum is piped with white buttercream icing using a curved piping tip. For the pink rise I used the same tip as the hydrangea. They came out lovely. X. S.

This was a fun cake to make. One half vanilla sponge cake ,with a strawberry jam filling and a pink and yellow buttercream icing. The other half is a chocolate sponge cake with a caramel filling and chocolate buttercream, decorated with jelly snakes. As per the request from the client. The were thrilled with the cake. X. S.
