More than 130 years ago, the old Port Elizabeth Steam Mill Company began milling the finest, whitest wheat flour, that according to the first millers, resembled ‘a fresh fall of snow’. This was a time where the kitchen was the heart of the home and the welcoming aroma of baking would fill the house with delicious warmth and love. Snowflake quickly earned a reputation for its
