Thank you, McGregor. ✨

Last night the fire was lit and our very first chapter began. Warm naan, Fire & Spice, good company, and the first Saam passports with their Chapter I sticker.

We loved sharing our table with every one of you.

Missed it? We’re cooking again tonight from 18:00. After tonight, we’re back Wednesday.

Meet Saam, the dinner restaurant at Kunskombuis.

Saam means together: good food, shared around the table.

Every few months, the menu changes to a new cuisine and a new way of cooking. Each menu is a chapter, and your Saam passport collects a sticker for every one.

Chapter I is Fire & Spice: Indian curries, cooked slowly over open flame. From gentle and creamy to properly fiery, with naan and rice.

We open Friday 2 October at 18:00. After that, Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 18:00.

What an afternoon 🥃✨

This past Saturday, we poured four exceptional whiskies, paired with four chef-crafted small plates, and shared it all with a wonderful table of people.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Four Drams. Four Plates. wh**ky tasting at Kunskombuis. Good food, good wh**ky, plenty of conversation, and exactly the kind of afternoon we love.

And a special thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. 🖤

Here’s a little look back at the day.

Sláinte! 🥃
