▢1/3 cup granulated sugar

▢1 1/2 cups cold espresso

▢1 package Lady Fingers ,Savoiardi brand can be found in the cookie aisle at your local grocery store, or online

Cream Cheese Frosting:

-1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
-2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS

▢2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
▢¼ cup cocoa powder
▢1 teaspoon baking soda
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢¾ cup butter softened
▢¾ cup light brown sugar packed
▢¾ cup granulated sugar
▢2 eggs room temperature
▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract
▢1 Tablespoon red liquid food colourings or 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring
▢1 cup semisweet milk, or white chocolate chips
