Happy New Year to all my family, friends and clients, may this year be a fantastic one for you all!

With a New Year comes new beginnings and it is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I will be closing Phat Toni's to focus on my own new adventures.

I have loved every minute of this journey and all the special friends I have met along the way.
I would like to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support over the years.
While this may be goodbye for now I will cherish each connection and memory this little home bakery has given me.
