Patsy De Lacy Smith, well Known for her culinary skills has decided to open her very own Bistro/Coffee shop in Kommetjie. The restaurant is situated on Kommetjie main road with a lovely outdoor seating area too. The food and coffee is amazing and well worth a visit.
