It is so sad when clients approve an order and later realise there was a mistake and now you get the blame.

I have been sick the whole week, but still worked in the office everyday this week and way past closing time today, to get orders done and then you get messages telling you, you made the order wrong and they will put a bad rating on your page because you do not want to fix it at almost 18:00 on a Friday night. This after the client kept making changes and then approved the file for printing before it was printed.

So if you see a post bad mouthing us, yes we said we cannot fix it this late on a Friday night. The people who have seen me today, or spoke to me know that I am really sick and I have been working since 7 this morning. So I am very sorry for you, that your order is not correct, but you did approve it for printing and I have the proof. You cannot expect me to redo the order, because you did not check your approval properly. And then tell me how bad my service is, while we assisted with everything on very short notice and still got it done before 16:00 today according to the approved pictures.
