Make your own buttermilk/ cream cheese

#1) Self raising flour = 2 cups cake flour + 2 teaspoons baking powder.

#2) Buttermilk = a glass of milk +1/4 teaspoons baking soda and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

#3) Cream cheese... buy amasi, put a dish cloth in a colander. Pour amasi and let is drain four 5hours/ overnight whilst in a fridge.
Once drained, add a pinch of salt. You have cream cheese!!!

#4) Heavy cream = milk and butter

#5) Egg= 1 tablespoon custard powder
