Brownie mousse trifle
1 pkt spiceHat brownie Mix
1 pkt Spicehat Chocolate Mousse Mix
50ml cream
1 cup milk
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup water
Pecan nuts (optional)
Chocolate for decorating
Pre-heat oven at 180 deg, combine Brownie mix, water, egg and pecan nuts in a bowl, mix well until smooth. Place into a greased proof pan and bake for 25min or until done. Allow to cool.
Mousse: combine, mousse mix, milk, cream, castor sugar in a mixing ball and whisk for approx 5min until smooth and fluffy.
Prepare your cups by drizzling melted chocolate in the dessert cup.
Cut out a piece of brownie and layer into cup, top with mousse and decorate.
