Take the Cake and eat it too Take the Cake offers cakes, frozen ready to bake cookie dough and DIY(decorate-it-yourself) cupcake kits. From a young age I have always loved baking.

The first yummy treat I learnt to make was pancakes. After batches and batches of pancake batter I decided to give cupcakes a try and realised that I have a special love for baked goods. As the years went on I strayed and decided to do graphic design then photography then beauty therapy and finally got back on track and did a course on designing wedding cakes. I spent the next few years working at

an image library as a picture researcher but once again decided that my heart was elsewhere. I am now pursuing my dream and like any love story it has been quite an adventure. Broken eggs, burnt biscuits, bottles of red food colouring all over the white tiles in my kitchen and lots of tears. Finally I am happy to have found my way back, I am happy and excited to start this new journey making the world a sweeter place.
