Recreating Colin's golf bag into cake for his 60th birthday party.
Chocolate Amarula Cake carved and sculpted into a TaylorMade golf bag, with clubs, umbrella and towel with their Swamp Donkeys name
It stood around 60cm tall, all edible. Chocolate paste as always is my go to for decorating

Such a privilege to be part of this beautiful Umemulo Celebration. Umemulo is a traditional Zulu coming-of-age ceremony for young woman, typically around age 21, that celebrates their transition to womanhood and readiness for marriage.
Hand Piped white and gold beading for her traditional outfit. With hand molded details and elements. She's all cake and edible. Standing 55cm tall

What cake do you make for a Painting Contractor?

Well a drum of paint of course

Made to the exact size and dimensions as an actual 5L drum of paint. So he would be at first confused as to why he got a drum of paint for a birthday gift.
It happily stood on the gift table along with other gifts and had more than it's fair share of ... why's there a drum of paint on the table?
Chocolate cake on top and a passion fruit cake below, ensuring the wow didn't stop just at the looks, but the taste buds had final say

Congratulations Leigh, I am so proud of you and thank you for giving me the honour to make your birthday and celebration cake for you.
Tiers of Pistacchio and Amarula, and a chocolate ganache tier
The design incorporated SA Law Books and Senior Counsel bib and robes.

What does it mean to be nominated for Senior Counsel?
"It's a prestigious title conferred upon experienced advocates, recognizing their exceptional legal ability and contribution to the profession. The title is bestowed by the President of South Africa, following recommendations from the Bar."

Soft, pastel n**e tones for this gorgeous baby shower cake for their second little princess. Pics never do true justice to its beauty and size. This is a 9" (23cm) cake at 30cm height. Alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate with a caramel filling 😋

Cracked fondant, wafer sails and crinolene, gold sequins and hand made edible glitter texture tier
Finished with wafer paper spiraling and gold monogram
It's all in the little details and effects to bring this exquisite design to life

Origami style cake
Hours and hours of meticulously cutting exactly to size, folding and painting all the origami pieces. And very carefully attaching to the cake to achieve the finished effect.
Each detail of the cake had significance. From the cake flavour, the background hand painted cake, to the gold origami detail.
All reflecting the beautiful lady it was for.
