This means that nothing is flash frozen, bulk baked and packaged, and contains no artificial ingredients, flavourants or preservatives. We don't use premixes, we prefer to use quality ingredients that we know are fresh and real, like fresh milk, real butter, real cream, full cream cream cheese, vanilla extract, free range

eggs and fresh fruit. All of it is fresh, delicious & local. Cakes are luxury indulgences meant o be savoured and enjoyed, coz life's too short to eat kak cake!
