Do you Krismiskoek? If the answer is yes, then look no further for yours this December. We will start baking them in the beginning of October so that we can leisurely feed and soak it in brandy for 2 months so that by the time you pick it up in December it will be just perfect. If you don’t Krismiskoek, do you even know what you’re doing? This is a cake made almost entirely of dried fruit soaked in brandy, held together by a little bit of cake batter. It also contains candied citrus peels that we make ourselves, some spice and nuts. It is baked for a good 3 hours and then fed brandy once a week for 2 months. By the time you open this baby up at some point in December, it will have become a cake incomparable to any other cake. I definitely recommend you get with the program!

De Baba really is that heaux who’s got it all. Today, come for fresh pastry, crepe Suzette, the best hashbrowns any potato can be lucky enough to become, burgers, pasta, pizza, real ice cream, beers, w**e AND SCRABBLE AT 2PM. Bring a board if you and your teammate are dropping by. 😘
