We genuinely never know how to answer this one😭😅

Because on one hand…thank you???

But on the other hand…there are literally croissants, pastries, cupcakes, a variety of cookies, milktarts, brownies,muffins, and stuffed cookies staring back at you from the cabinet.

We’ll take it as proof that people still don’t expect vegan bakeries to look like this,and honestly? that’s kind of our favorite part.

Okay, okay… not new new buuut just renamed because “bunny poops” are trademarked by the Easter Bunny himself, of course.💁🏼‍♀️

Since you guys LOVED them so much, we decided to bring them back and add them to our Uber Eats menu. Dangerous behavior, honestly.

For those who still haven’t experienced these little bites of happiness:
they’re basically mini cake-pop truffles. Soft cake mixed with caramel and ganache, rolled into the cutest little balls, then dipped in couverture dark chocolate for that deeply satisfying crack when you bite in.✨

Not every pastry was designed to be vegan… but we love proving it can be done beautifully anyway. ✨

Today’s R&D was a delicious success. Our éclairs are filled with silky vanilla cream, topped with rich dark chocolate, and finished with a little gold detail because who doesn't love a fancy looking dessert.

Classic French pastry — reimagined the with HÄRT way.

And considering there’s no egg yolk substitute involved, we’re pretty proud of these ones. 🤍
