Over the next few weeks the Cheffing Academywill be hosting Lenasia's own Cake Boss, Haseena Motala who will personally teach you the tricks of the trade and how to create a masterpiece in the comfort of your own kitchen. Haseena has over 6 years experience in Confectionery and Cake decorating.
With a variety of different courses, these classes promise to keep you busy throughout the year, from effortless "butter icing" , to the elaborate fondant cake covering and the niceties of sugar flower moulding.

Butter Icing Course
Change that plain home made cake into something eye catching and special. Learn some easy, effective butter icing skills including basket weave, piped roses, leaves and vines , grass techniques, shell borders, side designs and other cool techniques... Learn how to fill your piping bag and handle it correctly as you master the art of piping on these techniques.

Cost: R350 pp
We will also be offering weekday classes on a wednessday provided there are a minimum of 6 students per course.
