I would not recommend these guys. They use poor quality products. I lost so much water because their shut off float failed one day after the fitment and I was not home. They told me the water pressure in my area is to high. I therefore need a heavy duty shut off float. I was upset about them not fitting a heavy duty part in the first place. I told them they need to fit a heavy duty shut off float at their cost. They came out and gave me a story about the float just came loose. They refitted it and it will be perfect. Their repair did not last 2 hours and I lost so much water again. I just wanted the problem solved. I agreed to pay for a heavy duty shut off. They wanted the money upfront. I payed them and they never returned. It’s been more than 2 weeks now. They read my messages and do not respond.
Please do not get caught by these guys. They use cheap quality products and do not honor their warranty.
