At Esmé’s Designer Eats, we specialise in delicious catering and baking, while also offer a variety of Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan based options to suit every taste and occasion (prepared in a separate kitchen to prevent cross contamination).

To say the nerves took over when putting this stunner together, is an understatement.

I don’t think our stunning clients realise just how much stress we go through - transporting, putting together, hoping the sun and wind won’t affect it, hoping the cream or buttercream won’t melt, or that the support sticks/straws/board won’t collapse (not that they ever do, but we still think they may), hoping that the fondant doesn’t go sticky in the fridge (because buttercream icing loves cold, yet fondant hates it), and hoping that they love the flavor, texture and taste are amazing! 😮‍💨

However…. Today the weather played along, as did the fondant 💝

And clients were left in awe and amazement (And that’s why we continue putting ourselves through this ) 😍

To say the nerves took over when putting this stunner together, is an understatement.
