A little info about Tracy:

I learnt to bake from my mom and have started baking for a living when my daughter Caitlyn was 1 year old. I decided I wanted to stay at home with her and baking seemed the easiest job to do, where I could earn money and still be at home. It started all very small with maybe 10 cakes a day and just grew as the years went by. I made my first Birthday cake when Caitlyn wa

s 3 years old and learnt more and more how to better my baking skills. All my icing abilities are self taught. You just get better and better the more you do. I was also fortunate to have a shop like Les Gateaux to bake for. I don't think I would have achieved as much without them. I have been with them for the past 24 years and have baked up a storm. Thats when I decided to spread my wings start my own bakery, The Magic Whisk. We cater for all sorts of occasions including Weddings, birthdays and events.
