It all comes down to granulation. When we mill our maize at Horizon Foods , we calibrate our roller mills to preserve the precise grain size. If the maize meal is milled too fine, it traps excess moisture and becomes sticky. If it’s too coarse, it won’t hold together.

By keeping our grind perfectly balanced, every grain absorbs water evenly, giving you that smooth, comforting, home-cooked texture your family loves, every single time.
