It was a privilege to make these succulent cookies for the JHB & Pretoria book launch for Sally Andrew’s 4th book “Wild Things Never Die’. Set in the Karoo, these stories are truly South African.

We bake and ice the cookies in stages , until completely finished . Here is DAY ONE of the process. We baked 200 cookies yesterday then started icing the flood layer on the first 100. The process is slow. Watch to see the real-time of icing and prepping an order over the next week
