Done and DUSTED! Lovely order of carrot, chocolate and vanilla/coconut cakes, choc chip muffins, vanilla muffins, carrot/pineapple/pecan nut muffins, crunchies and Gluten free choc chip cookies...
Now, the cookies has a story. I asked Layla Oosthuysen (my grand daughter in USA) to send me her recipe, and ended up with very "rustic" looking cookies! Deliscious ! Asked for Claire (fellow baker)to help me out with a "better" looking cookie... I am sure my client will be extremely happy with both results!
