Blom Bakes is a small artisanal bakery dedicated to the slow, honest craft of breadmaking. Using stone-ground unbleached flour and traditional sourdough methods, every loaf is handmade with love for exceptional flavour and texture. Expect crisp, fresh crusts and beautifully soft interiors, with favourites like jalapeño & cheddar sourdough, roasted garlic & rosemary sourdough, and absolutely amazing sourdough English muffins and bagels.
