New patisserie all pretty in pink

The Gonggrijp family has opened a French‑style patisserie next to Daan’s Bakery in Dirkie Uys Street, adding another sweet spot to their local culinary portfolio; this is their tenth opening in 13 years in Hermanus. Specialist chef Nicola crafts an irresistible range of pastries, with treats available over the counter and full-sized cakes or pastry orders on request. The new patisserie follows the recent reopening of Only Specials at the Lifestyle Hub and links directly with Daan’s bakery next door.
