We opened in June 2014 and have been supplying the South African Cake Decorating Guild (Sugar Guild) with colours. In 2015 we expanded our operation into supplying shops also with our colours. At I’s Colours we distribute world-class food approved colours that is mainly used in the food industry. Each colour supplied from the manufacturer is supplied with Certificate of Conformance and FDA approva

l. Each colour is colour tested not only at the supplier, but also at I’s Colours before it is used. Primarily we supply to the persons that use the product for cake decorating. We therefore supply to both industry and direct to public. This can be used by anyone from Novice to Professional and anyone in between, from colouring your paste/fondant, butter icing, royal icing or chocolate to using our readymade decorations for your cake or cupcakes. We also make custom designed cakes. The colours range is divided into:

All the colours are edible and the sparkles are food touch approved. We are still growing, so new products are constantly introduced. We also make handmade fondant decorations that can be used to make your cake or cupcakes special. The range of handmade decorations is:

MEET DJ SBU

Most South Africans know the name DJ Sbu, but radio is only one chapter of his story.

Born Sbusiso Leope, DJ Sbu has built a career spanning radio, television, music, entrepreneurship, writing and motivational speaking. Radio 2000 describes him as an award-winning social entrepreneur, DJ, radio and television host, music producer, actor, bestselling author and philanthropist.

His broadcasting career has made him one of South Africa's most recognisable media personalities, and he is currently listed by Radio 2000 as the presenter of The Big Breakfast Show.

What perhaps makes his journey particularly relevant to entrepreneurs is his ability to move between different worlds—media, entertainment, personal branding and business—while continuing to reinvent himself.
