Can TikTok’s viral chocolate impress a kitchen full of cookie bakers?

We took a break from the dough to find out. Everyone suddenly had a qualification in chocolate tasting.

Watch for the verdicts. This kitchen has opinions.

At least we can laugh about it now. During? Slightly less funny.

2026 gave us expensive lessons, plenty of plot twists and a team we absolutely now adore. We’ve learned a lot, and we’re taking those lessons with us as we keep building.

Here’s to an even better 2027. Same big goals, fewer repair bills, and an ice-cream machine that shares our work ethic.
