Family run bakery and café that specializes in wood-fired Artisan Bread, Patisserie, Sandwiches & Waffles. Established in 2010 by Chef and Baker Jacques Brits who pioneered the Old Gaol Farmer's Market. Produce is made using stone ground flour & is free of preservatives, colourants and artificial flavourants.
