We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and reliable Baker to join our team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in baking and pastry production
Strong knowledge of:
Croissants and laminated doughs
Artisan breads and rolls
Tarts and pastries
Cake baking and decorating
Dessert preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and professional

Working Hours:

Shift work required
Must be available to work weekends and public holidays

Location: On The Go Coffee Shop, Gordon's Bay
