This cake is a personal favorite with many special memories attached to it.

This velvety Baked Cheesecake rests on a crumbly cookie crust, adding the perfect bit of crunch to the smooth cake.

The passionfruit topping is made with fresh passionfruit from my Mom's garden*. The tangy flavours of the passionfruit cut through the richness of the Cheesecake creating the perfect balance.

*In the case where the passionfruits are not in season, prepackaged passionfruit is used.

This decadent double layer chocolate sponge cake is airy and light but still jam-packed with chocolaty goodness.

The two layers are sandwiched together and topped with a o-so-delicious coffee frosting that pairs perfectly with the richness of the chocolate cake.

The top of the cake is adorned with brownie bites and chocolate covered espresso beans to add that extra bit of sunshine to every bite.

This 23cm, double layer chocolate cake is any chocolate lover's dream. The decadent sponge cake is light and airy enough that it isn't too heavy to enjoy, without comprising on any of that chocolaty goodness.

The layers are sandwiched together and topped with a fluffy whipped milk chocolate ganache. This truly is the ultimate chocolate cake.

This cake can also be customized with different toppings and surprise-inside fillings.
