Lexi has been asking for a Rainbow 🌈 Unicorn 🦄 cake for months before her birthday… so this mommy had to make sure she hit the brief!😜 For added fun I found this cute cake sized balloon arch. The cake is vanilla with buttercream and a sweetie avalanche inside with skittles and smarties. A little girls dream.

My little man loved his T-Rex skeleton chocolate cake. It’s a single layer simple dark chocolate cake with a rich chocolate frosting. The bones are piped with Royal icing and then placed on the cake once dried. I added some Oreo crumbs for texture and a dirt effect.

This is without a doubt my favorite set so far. A French Affair for a charming little 11 year old girl. Such a fun girly theme. Vanilla sugar cookies with vanilla Royal icing and the cake is vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream frosting and of course the sweetie avalanche inside!

2 Tier disco theme cake. The brief was disco balls and baby’s breath and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Top tier is a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream. The bottom tier is lemon sponge with a vanilla and lemon zest buttercream. The topper is a sugar cookie with royal icing.
