the brief for this cake = A chocolate eclair cake.
After so much discussion with her husband, he wanted the cake to be perfect. We decided on a rich and moist 3 layer chocolate cake, covered and filled with chocolate icing. We then added 12 cream filled chocolate eclairs around the side of the cake holding them in place with gold ribbon.
Piled macarons, chocolates and tiny round chocolate eclairs on top.
finished off with dripping melted chocolate

We, the Simply Delicious team, have no idea how this cake actually came together, knowing absolutely nothing about Rock Climbing, except that our two nephews living in the UK do it, Oh yes, also one tiny 3 year old great great grandson has had a go at the climbing wall. So we trust that we did didn’t make any errors in the set up. Happy birthday CJ. It’s such a pleasure to make your birthday cakes each year. They are always so interesting.
