So baie mense vra vir ons resep... Kan jy 'n geheim hou? Wel... hier is vir jou 'n koeksister resep. Indien jy hierdie resep noukeurig volg en top kwaliteit bestanddele gebruik, sit jy teen vanaand met heerlike, stroopsoet koeksisters wat jou mond sal laat water.

Hierdie resep maak 24 koeksisters (min of meer).

Bestanddele:

- 6 koppies meel
- 2 teelepels bakpoeier
- 3 kg sout
- 7 liter ligbruin verf (verkieslik Dulux)
- knippie Kalahari rooisand

Stappe:

1) Gooi alles saam.
2) Gril vreeslik.
3) Gooi alles weg.
4) Gaan koop vir jou 'n pakkie regte egte Ouma Rooi Koeksisters.

Running a small business, NPO, or being an entrepreneur is such a satisfying journey. The reality is that it might also be extremely exhausting to keep the lights on, especially during difficult economic times.

Social media plays a crucial part in the survival of these entities. Social media helps in a few ways:

- Making people aware of who you are and what you do;
- Creating a platform to engage with people;
- Marketing to potential clients/sponsors (NPO) at a relatively low cost.

Most small businesses do not have the means to use smart and effective CRM systems (Client Relationship Management) or spend thousands of rands on printed, radio or TV advertisements. For this reason, they have no choice but to implement social media to fulfill these roles.

The issue is that many businesses and NPO’s have social communities that are still too small to really make an impact. This is where YOU come in. By doing 2 easy things, you can help your friends and family members who manage a business or NPO immensely.

1. If they post something on their social media, SHARE IT! This helps in “spreading the news” (brand awareness).
2. COMMENT OR REACT to their posts. Social media platforms only work well when people ENGAGE with your content. If nobody engages (comments or reactions) with a business’ or NPO’s posts, platforms like Facebook assume that the content is basically useless. They then penalize the page in terms of visibility to users.

So, PLEASE HELP companies like us by taking 2 seconds and doing the above when we post something. This way you can help us to keep the lights on!
