While Kneadful Things takes a well deserved break, I am still busy in the bakery!!
This long weekend was time to bake for family and experimenting with Jumbo sized Pasteis De Nata (yummmmmm). 🫓
We will be sampling these Pasteis De Nata with a hot cup of tea ☕.

And tomorrow.....well tomorrow they will become breakfast of champions alongside the sourdough banana 🍌 loaves. A special son-in-law has his birthday tomorrow.
