After realising that electricity is not about success for establishing a business. I had a plan to establish my independent business. I managed to build my first wood fired oven to produce any and all products produced from flour, therefore my self built oven is capable to produce 10.000 loaves in 24 hours - the following products are currently produced in the bakery eg: bread, cakes, biscuits, doughnuts. muffins, rolls and buns and as i have already indicated any produce made out of flour. The wood oven can operate non-stop 24 hours with the fire burning from outside. Actually the chamber is based inside the bakery using it as a cafe at the same time, the fire place is at the back of the bakery as shown on the picture.
