A shout out to my customers and followers who have been supporting me in my Sourdough journey. You guys n gals rock! If it wasn't for you I wouldn't get to do what i enjoy and love to do...bake bread, but not just any bread - Sourdough Bread!

Colder weather has hit the shores of EL making it the perfect time for soup and bread. Why not stock up on some wholesome home made, stone ground flour, Sourdough bread to have with your soup? A few pics of my sourdough loaves baked this week. I just love my new job. My kitchen will be closed next week as my oven needs some TLC as well as a bit of reorganizing for optimal usage of space, but please feel free to place your order early for collection on Friday 22nd May.
