As an artist, Paula brings a unique detail and accuracy to her work, especially where she produces figurines of individuals for wedding and birthday cakes. She reproduces the physical likenesses in her sugar art. Her decorations often stop the party as guests admire her work, and people are often reluctant to cut up her cakes.
